FAQ's

Can I choose my own music for the film?

Absolutely. We work with the UK Performing Rights Society for Music to ensure the necessary licenses are covered. If you are unsure which music you would like to use, we have a library of beautiful music tracks. We can talk through music options before we begin editing.

How long after my wedding day will I receive the film?

We give a timeframe of 4-6 weeks to turn over each film. Further time may be required to deliver the entire ceremony and speeches videos where applicable.

I'm worried there will be too many cameras getting in the way!

The one thing every one of our clients has commented on is how they hardly noticed us being there on the day.  With a combination of telephoto lenses, our tip-toes and plenty of experience behind the camera, we have learnt to be as unobtrusive as possible.

You won’t even know we are there. Until we ask for some cake at the end…

Can we meet you in person before the day?

Indeed. We meet every couple for a coffee before the big day to make sure we’re all on the same page and that we have all the information we need for your production. For overseas weddings or long distances, we can improvise (often with the help of Skype).

What equipment do you use?

Our equipment is constantly changing to keep up with the latest leaps forward in camera technology. We have two Panasonic GH4 cameras with a variety of lenses, as well as a Canon 5Diii. We use high end audio equipment, including radio lav mics. We use sliders, stabilisers, monopods and tripods to keep things steady.
